I have been providing health and social care training over the last year, for the support teams at Ability Case Management.
Dave and Ed have always been extremely keen, to ensure that all staff receive all the training and tools necessary to carry out their roles confidently and competently. This in turn aids in improving the outcomes for their clients, providing them with high standards of care and support in a person-centred manner.
The last few months have been extremely challenging for many organisations with lockdown and restrictions in place. This has not stopped Dave and Ed from ensuring that their staff continue to keep on top of their mandatory training and professional development. They jumped at the opportunity we presented to them, to receive their training via live, interactive video conferencing. Easily adapting to ensure they received essential Infection Control training with up to date COVID-19 guidance at a time when it was most needed.
