Our Company Response to COVID-19
We continue to keep up to date with all government and NHS guidelines. Our company risk assessments in response to the pandemic are reviewed weekly.
We maintain contact with our clients, client families, carers, and therapists remotely where possible.
For any essential face to face visits, a comprehensive risk assessment is completed and discussed with the person where contact will be made, before the visit goes ahead.
All case managers will have a SARS-CoV-2 Rapid Antigen Test prior to any visit and will only go ahead with the visit on producing a negative result.
Furthermore, full PPE and social distancing guidelines will be followed during any visit.
